We require a minimum of 7 business days’ notice, so if your tank is less than 30% full, please contact our office. Additionally, if you need a quote, please contact our office or complete the Get a Quote form on our homepage for the current price.
To prevent out-of-gas situations and avoid possible extra fees, we encourage all non-Route customers to consider upgrading their account to AUTO ROUTE DELIVERY.

It can take up to 10 days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so please let us know when the tank gets to about 30% full to avoid incurring additional fees.
If notice is less than 7 working days and requires a special delivery during business hours, a $75 Special Trip Charge will be payable at the time of delivery. If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $200 After Hours Charge will be assessed at the time of delivery. Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank runs out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $100 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas service.
